Medical Biller and supporter of Ask My Advocate Organization. Jessica M. Delano was born November 25, 1986 in San Diego, California. Jessica’s father has his own business in construction. Jessica helped him with his accounting and this inspired her to pursue a career in some sort of Accounting. She felt health care was the industry she wanted to be in so she decided to go to school for medical administration. She received her associates in February 2012 and is currently studying for her bachelor’s degree at the University of Phoenix.
