Michael J. Kaczor I, Master Advocate

Michael J. Kaczor is an Independent Master Advocate for Children with disAbilities. He has been actively advocating for the last fifteen years not only for his son but also for many other students in a number of school districts and states. In addition to his role as an advocate, Michael is an internationally known artist working in watercolors and stone.
Michael has attended extensive training and sat on the Board of Directors of the southwest branch of the IDA. Michael joined COPAA, the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, and was recognized as a Master Advocate by New Mexico’s Parent Training and Information Center, Parents Reaching Out, in 2005.

Michael travels and presents Parental and Procedural Safeguard training for parents across the country and trains advocates to be Lay advocates. He resides in New Mexico.
